Our History
After 35 years of success of the K. Athienitis company in the field of land development and construction in Cyprus the M. Athienitis company was founded. K. Athienitis constructed major projects such as the Nicosia Mall and the Delloitte office building which is characterized as a work of art in the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia.
M.Athienitis was created in 2016 by Mr. Michalis Athienitis who has an experience in the field of land development and constructing, as a main target fulfilment of the need of every individual that wishes to build his space and his future. M. Athienitis continuous through the years the quality and customer service. The company does not only offer land development to its customers but better quality of life where through its contracting experience offers the latest technology and energy consumables. Through innovation and professionalism, the company offers the best possible result. We see our work as a functionality that serves the needs of the customer for a more beautiful life.
We care for our clients and respect their needs that is why we have constantly schedule meetings for extensive analysis of materials used for their own home. The main feature of the company beyond the personal meetings to solve any question and dilemma of the customer is delivering the project to its owner on time, at the deadline promised.
From its date of establishment, the company delivered 10 houses and one apartment plot. Today there are two new houses and one new apartment plot under construction. The third apartment plot is under architecture plans and procedures. All of the company’s projects are based in the Nicosia District. The company undertakes to build on the client’s own plot of land from the plans to the company’s architect.
